Founder + CEO
Michael Vaccaro is Founder and CEO of Develocity Group. With twenty years of C-level business development & sales experience, Michael is regarded as an industry expert in the B2B2C / B2B complex sales segment and has generated over $1 billion in qualified sales pipeline, hundreds of millions in total contract value leading to over $40 million in revenue per annum. He is a trusted advisor to business leaders (sales, marketing, and business development) who call on him for go-to-market support and insight. Prior to founding Develocity Group, Michael held senior business development and sales roles at Equifax, Experian, Affinion Group, WIN Healthcare Inc. and BroadReach Partners. Michael holds a Masters degree from University of Hartford and a Bachelor degree from Western Connecticut State University, and currently lives in Fairfield County, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
Robert LaFin is a seasoned professional with 25 years experience His experience includes management of business strategies for Fortune 1000 companies in banking and insurance. Bob holds a number of association designations in risk, marketing and fraud management. He held EVP/CMO positions with Intersections Inc. the largest ID Theft Company in the U.S. and was GM of the Affinion Protection Group a $750mm portfolio of Insurance and ID Theft services. He has provided direction to Fortune 500 companies on compliance issues relating to Identity Theft, Breach Mitigation, Patriot Act, Reg E, Reg Z and AML. He has also provided consultation services on Insurance product design and business development in consumer and small business markets. He has been a guest speaker for the Bank Marketing Association, American Bankers Association, LIMRA, various trade associations and the Direct Marketing Association. Bob holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Roosevelt University.

Dino Ianniello is the head of Marketing Partner Engagement at Develocity. With over 23 years in branding, digital marketing and interactive media, Dino has forged critical relationships with some of the world’s most renowned brands including InterContinental Hotels Group, Coca-Cola, Lexis Nexis, UPS and Pfizer. Prior to starting his firm Silvermoss, Dino has held senior creative roles at various agencies in New York, Connecticut and Atlanta, building award-winning creative teams across multiple disciplines. Dino adds to Develocity Group’s value by providing clients with a robust set of strategic and tactical offerings through Silvermoss. These 4 core areas are in branding, print, web & mobile app development, and social media. This partnership helps bolster and support Develocity Group’s sales strategies and business development solutions. Dino holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Marketing from Western Connecticut State University.
